GPS Express is a USA-based logistics company that provides affordable shipping services to Ethiopia. Their core audience includes members of the Ethiopian diaspora who need a trustworthy and fast way to send packages, electronics, or cargo back home. The company had already built strong word-of-mouth, but they lacked a website that matched their level of service or made it easy for new customers to engage. Customers needed to understand pricing, schedule pickups, and get answers to common questions — all in one place. Our goal was to craft a user-friendly, mobile-optimized website that reflected their professionalism and made taking action effortless.

Our goal was to simplify every user touchpoint. From homepage to pickup request form, every page needed to clearly communicate how GPS Express works, who it’s for, and how to get started. This meant streamlining content, improving page flow, and creating a design system that felt both professional and warm — especially for the Ethiopian diaspora audience. We also worked on improving mobile responsiveness, given that many of their users access the site from their phones while managing shipping errands on the go. The result?
